The privacy of your personal information is important to us, so we wil not provide your information to any third parties except:
- to comply with any legislative obligations
- where third parties provide you with services on our behalf or assist with delivery of our services
- to anyone authorised by you to receive it
Cancellation Policy for Conferences
Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise EventSmart in writing if you wish to re-assign your registration to another person.
Alternatively, a full refund less 30% service charge will be made for cancellations receiving in writing (email or fax) up to 45 days prior to the conference. Regrettably no refunds can be made after this date. Early bird pricing will be applied if payment is received in full by the date specified, and you will be re-invoiced should your payment not be received by this date.
We reserve the right to cancel the event prior to commencement date. On cancellation or postponement the conference fee will be refunded or credited to the rescheduled event.
Cancellation Policy for Rentals
A 10% deposit will be required to secure any rentals through us. This deposit is non-refundable if the rental items are cancelled within 7 days prior. Adjustments to rental bookings can be done without charge or cancellation fees.
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact us for information on your hotel.
