Here are some of our client case studies / previous events we have done!

NZPI Conference

With 1,500 delegates attending this 5 day conference, we organised the full registration management, multiple workshops, a pre and post conference programme, exhibition for around 20 exhibitors, walking lunches through the CBD, social events that included welcome drinks, optional dinner nights for groups that they could purchase, we managed field trips for the groups, barcode scanning for delegates into the conference and into specific rooms that they were eligible for and more.

The conference also included a Young Planners Congress that was run together with this conference. A very successful conference with multiple international speakers.

International Association for Workplace Bullying & Harassment

This 3 day international conference (first time held in NZ) attracted around 250 delegates from over 35 countries. We did the full conference management, including registration, pre and post conference programme (some attendees stayed in NZ for a month travelling!), all ground logistics, speaker management, budget overview and management and more. We also looked after accommodation management, social events and more.

PowerCon (IEEE)

This international conference (first time in NZ) was held over 3 days, hosting around 200 international delegates from over 40 countries. The engineers had a great experience in NZ. We looked after the full conference management, including venue sourcing, budget management, pre and post conference tours, on site support, social event management, exhibition management and more. We also assisted with visa letter support, transfers/logistics and speaker management. NZ excelled in showing off what they can do!

Mondo Conferences

For 6 years we created Mondo Travel Conferences. These fun, out of the box conferences was better with each year, with new creative ideas. We looked after all alreas including venue sourcing, creative event styling/theming, registration, speaker management, AV and logistics, budget management and more. Conference themes included: Mondopoly (a play on Monopoly), Mondo Races, 1970's travel theme, Celebrations, Mondo in Wonderland and more.

Staff Dinner

The client moved into new premises and we were asked to create a memorable evening in the new space, celebrating staff success. The concrete floored mezzanine space was turned into an elegant setting with fairylights, drapes, black and red theme to match the company colours. We even designed a special centerpiece that used one of the client's lights! Add some great music, dancing and the night was a memorable, elegant evening.

 

Huawei Client & Staff Events

We've been doing a number of Huawei events for a few years now (150-300 pax) - these fun, interactive events for their staff & clients, usually incorporate team building elements, a great theme and a fun night! We look after full event management, including entertainment, venue sourcing, F&B management, budget management, ground logistics including transfers and much more!

7th Day Adventist Group

This US client of ours select a different destination for an educational tour annually, and we organise this for them. The group comes out of the US and Canada, and we look after all ground logistics, accommodation, tour management, school visits, overall budget management and more. This yeaer's exotic destination will be 10 days in Scandanavia!
